By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the site and to submit any form or message. If you are under 18, you should use the site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly direct the site to children under 16.

2. Service description
ShamrockWire provides educational content about mechanical keyboards, custom keycaps, maintenance and cleaning routines, ergonomic desk setup ideas, and beginner-friendly DIY customization techniques. The site may include articles, checklists, workshop-style learning modules, and contact options to request additional information.
The content is intended to help users understand concepts such as switch types, keycap profiles, stabilizer behaviour, compatibility considerations, and safe handling practices. We may also share examples of typical tools used in the hobby to support learning. We do not guarantee that any method will work for every keyboard model or material, and we do not promise specific outcomes.
Some areas of the site may describe workshops or structured learning sessions. Where a contact or registration interest workflow is offered, details about what happens after submission are stated on the relevant page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, submitting a message is a request for information and does not create a purchase commitment or an ongoing subscription.
3. Accounts and user obligations
Some features may allow you to submit information using a form. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when communicating with us. You may not misrepresent your identity, pretend to represent another person or company, or submit information that you do not have the right to provide.
If we introduce user accounts in the future, you agree that you will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and that you are responsible for activities under your account. You agree to maintain no more than one account per person unless we explicitly permit multiple accounts for a specific purpose.
You must use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm other users, the site, or our ability to provide services. You agree not to interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the site.
4. Prohibited activities

- Impersonating any person or entity or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Infringing intellectual property rights or distributing content that violates third-party rights, including privacy rights.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or messages about improvements to the site, you grant us a right to use that feedback for operating and improving the platform. This does not mean we claim ownership over your personal information or confidential details; it means we can apply ideas such as “add a checklist for 75% layouts” without obligation to you.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
